June, 2015. Our team participated in organizing the Summer School on Photoinduced Dynamics, IMPRS for Dynamical Processes in Atoms, Molecules and Solids. The Summer School was held in Prague in July 12. – 15., 2015.

June, 2015. Ondřej Svoboda defended his Doctoral Thesis on Computational Photodynamics and Spectroscopy of Solvated Systems: Applications in Atmospheric Science and Radiation Chemistry.

June, 2015. Petr defended his Bachelor Thesis on Miracles of Czech medieval saints (in Czech) on the Catholic Theological Faculty of Charles University.

May 25. - 29., 2015. Our team organized First General Meeting of "COST Action Our Astrochemical History CM1401" at J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry AS CR.

May, 2015. Petr received the award of the Learned Society of the Czech Republic for outstanding scientist younger 40 years. Congratulations!

April, 7, 2015. Petr gave a popularization lecture "On nothing" (in Czech). The lecture is now available via Slides Live.

We have a new paper Modeling Photoionization of Aqueous DNA and Its Components. in Accounts of Chemical Research.

The paper on Electric Dipole Moments of Nanosolvated Acid Molecules in Water Clusters was selected as a PHYSICS FOCUS Story. David Lindley wrote about it in Focus: Breaking Up Is Hard to Understand.

The paper on Oxidation Half-Reaction of Aqueous Nucleosides and Nucleotides via Photoelectron Spectroscopy Augmented by ab Initio Calculations has a cover in JACS.

• September, 22. Our joint grant with Michal Fárník entitled "Dynamics of solvated electrons in molecular clusters: Experimental and theoretical approach" was awarded the prize of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic. More details.
